Target group
Employees with younger children (typically < 6 years). All genders in scope.
Format
1-3 half-/full-day-workshops over 6-12 months
~ 10-20 participants

Purpose
Equip leaders with knowledge and tools to build an inclusive workplace where parents with small children thrive and perform.

Leaders and HR.

1 half-/full-day-training + 2-hours follow-up after 6 months
~ 15-25 participants
